Terms and conditions

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. By booking with Mominoki Luxury Travel, you agree to all the terms and conditions of Mominoki Luxury Travel and their service providers.


Payment and deposit

You can make payment by Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer. For cards Visa, Mastercard or JCB are accepted. Credit card and Paypal payments incur 2% surcharge. For bank transfer payment there is no surcharge, but guests must cover the cost of their bank transfer fees to our Japanese account. 

Full payment for your holiday package is required within a week of your confirmation to secure your booking. You can also pay a 30% deposit payment first and complete the payment at least 60 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 60 days to the service date require immediate full payment or as otherwise specified by the reservation consultant.

 If your balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. All quotes and deposited bookings are subject to change until paid in full. 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to confirm the accommodation described we reserve the right to offer an alternative, and if this is not acceptable to you refund your deposit.



The following cancellation policy applies (for accommodation and add on services). Please note that some properties require a non-refundable deposit. The cancellation terms for the property will be informed to the guest at the time of booking.

Product Descriptions

Descriptions and features are based on information provided by hotels and suppliers. Photographs show property rooms for representation purposes only. Actual rooms occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.


Insurance, Visas and Travel Documents

Travel insurance covering cancellations and winter sports including skiing and snowboarding is strongly recommended. Mominoki Luxury Travel do not arrange travel insurance. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable to you for any losses howsoever arising.

Mominoki Luxury Travel does not arrange or take any responsibility for the customer’s visa application or acquisition. All visitors to Japan must research applicable visa requirements and make necessary arrangements prior to arrival.

Upon receipt of full payment, your itinerary and confirmation will be sent via email. Please save it on your electronic device or print it out for you to have it during your stay in Japan.



Events Beyond our Control. Mominoki Luxury Travel does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control. This includes extreme weather conditions regardless if it is covered by travel insurance.

Weather Conditions. Mominoki Luxury Travel holds no responsibility for adverse snow or weather conditions, and will not offer any compensation due to weather conditions.
